Although there is truth in what Obama said (amazing when a liar speaks some words of truth ... but you must always look for the ulterior motive), but the only reason he complemented Walesa and Havel was to diminish praise for Reagan. Welesa and Havel were certainly brave - and deserve credit (as do many people in Eastern Europe), but I’m sure the only reason Obama is praising them is to diminish credit to the USA and Reagan.
