How about the government keeps its grubby mitts off health care, and they pay attention to what they are SUPPOSED TO BE DOING, i.e., defending us from all enemies foreign and domestic, etc., as spelled out in the Constitution.

The problem is this: 45.7 million in this country are uninsured, but roughly two-thirds of them are illegal aliens who won't buy insurance anyway because the can get treatment free at the local ER.

Accordingly, we just need to pass a bill giving the 15.7 million uninsured Americans the same rights as illegal aliens. Problem solved!
