Yep, just keep demanding transparency and truth in government. Who knows where Obama was born. There should be nothing to hide. Obama’s story is an open book, right? He has written all about his life? What is it now he does not want people to know. I really think he probably was born in Hawaii, so what is the hold up? Why the court battles? Why the orders cancelling deployment? Why was that guy fired? It makes no sense what so ever.
He appears to be using more to make the voices a bit louder. He’s not going after it directly...yet.
Those commenters are the dregs of ignorance.

Rush knows something beyond what we know. I think somebody on our side has the goods but they have to wait until O’s negatives go higher.
Here is my take - Rush would not have said this unless he has probably seen the proof or it was verified. He would not be going down this path. Anyone else come to the same conclusion?

Even if Fauxbama showed a birth certificate there is no way he’s pass constitutional muster. You see the constitution requires the President not simply to be a citizen, and not simply to be a citizen born on US soil, but that they be a “natural born citizen” which means his father would have to be a US Citizen, which we know for a fact he was not, at least not when Fauxbama was born.
Of course I won’t hold my breath for anyone to actually enforce and uphold the constitution... only right wing nut jobs and haters do that.

Included in the documents that the WND poster found is a standard 1961 blank birth certificate.

This is me, mirse, writing: When you see the document above on your monitor screen, follow these directions to see the 1961 blank birth certificate:
1. Left side: Look for "Section 5: Technical Appendix"
2. Then go to Right side: Look for "Standard certificate page 5.3"
3. Note: On my computer, it is page 228 of 246, while on the document itself, it is page 5.3.
4. As I studied the 1961 blank birth certificate, I saw potential political minefields if Obama's long form birth certificate is ever released by Hawaii.
5. Let me emphasize this: I don't want Obama to release his long form birth certificate. I want the Hawaii government to release it, because I don't trust anything that the Obama camp releases.
6. My point is this: I don't want anyone in the Obama camp to touch Obama's long form birth certificate once the Hawaii government releases it. Again, I don't want anyone in the Obama camp to touch the long form birth certificate before it is released to the public.
7. Again, I saw a few items in the 1961 blank Hawaii birth certificate that may be serious problems for Obama.

In summary, I say this: If Obama has no reasonable explanation as to why item details on his long form birth certificate are different from what we have been led to believe during the presidential campaign---for instance, he has no explanation as to why the race of his father is different on the long form birth certificate than it is on the COLB short form birth certificate that appeared on his official fight the smears site----then Obama is in a lot of very serious political and maybe even criminal trouble.

OK, question. Let’s hypothetically say that Obie was born in Kenya. Now since his mother was an American citizen (as far as we know) would that, alone, make him a “natural born citizen” as defined by the Constitution? Or would he, in order to gain US citizenship, have had to go through the naturalization process.
P, I listen to Rush as often as my work schedule permits...Limbaugh started “on” this topic “jokingly (awhile back). Now, not so “joking.” He was really spot on today. Couple Rush’s take with Lou Dobbs, w/Rev. Manning...and toss in the topical mentions on Drudge (today, the Townhall mtg in DE)...and this is getting ready to take off—with a life ot its own. I am waiting for Gibbs to be asked about it at a presser (Helen Thomas is still pretty pi$$ed...she is cranky enough to do the deed).
If Obama is found to be ineligible, does that mean McCain/Palin is declared the winner?

However, as most of us here know, he's only PARTLY correct about this:

That would only help to establish weather or not he is even a citizen (i.e. NOT NBC).
Barry has 2 eligibility problems:
1) No proof he was born in the U.S.
and, more importantly but more difficult for the majority of folks to wrap their heads around is:
2) Barry's father was a foreign national & Barry himself was born with foreign citizenship.
There is no evidence anywhere in our country's history that would 'imply' anyone born with foreign citizenship and who's father was a foreign national would be considered NBC of the U.S.

If it's proven Obama was indeed foreign born, He would NOT have received U.S. citizenship based, only, on his mother's citizenship status. Per U.S. law at the time of his birth (December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986).
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: "For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child."

Obama's mother didn't give birth to him at 19 (14 + 5). Therefore, Obama could not obtain U.S. citizenship based only by virtue his mother's citizenship.
Note that the law only pertains to 'Citizenship', and not 'Natural Born' Citizen. There is a difference.
