Best wishes for success to Mr. Walpin.
Has this story broke at AP/Reuters/Politico/First Read MSNBC yet?
Good luck. The bambi basket of deceit is starting to unravel
Where is the EEOC when it’s really needed????
Holder...Earth calling Holder....
Add in issue of the GM and Chrysler White-Crib-Engineered bankruptcy-reorganization that obliterated each states franchise laws (dealers screwed). 10th Amendment count anymore?
Yo...Walpin.... two words for yah: LET’S ROLL!
I’m pretty sure this is how the brainless liberals will try and spin this after they’ve exhausted all other avenues:
Walpin is a RACIST! (sarc)
He may win his case, but do we really think that is going to matter after the 3 years it takes to do so?
And, as was the case for 8 long years of Clinton illegalities, 50% of the people in this country not only don't care, most of them are glad he is doing it if it helps keep the Dems in power. I've had otherwise law abiding libs tell me just that.
Not a peep out of the MSM. Nothing, zilch, zip, nada. I’m shocked. I’m so shocked I may just email a bunch of national news media the links to the few stories we’ve seen on this.
I thought Congress would have appointed a special prosecutor by now. </S>

You cannot be serious? The Lame Stream Media letting this out! I do not think so.
In the MSM headlines over and over is an age old retread investigation of Cheney/Bush/CIA. ONLY- To shut the GOP up about pushing for an investigation of Pelosi V. CIA. The media should all resign for spinning alinsky tactics for 0bama.
I believe it is a impeachable offense.
BREAKING: Walpin-gate Lawsuit Update - Quinn Hillyer
Today, controversially fired AmeriCorps Inspector General Gerald Walpin filed suit in the United States Court for the District of Columbia demanding his job back. The named defendants n the suit are acting AmeriCorps CEO Nicola Goren, Cheif Human Capital Officer Raymond Limon, and General Counsel Frank Trinity.
I don't see a filing in the United States Federal District Court for the District of Columbia (dcd.uscourts.gov), probably due to delay in entry. The only case that NOW appears online, as filed on 7/17-18/2009, is 1:09-mj-00416-DAR -- USA v. SOTO -- filed 07/17/09
Fired inspector general files lawsuit - Washington Times
Though it's not part of the suit, Mr. Walpin's lawyers said in their legal brief that the case "raises serious questions of age discrimination" because of the accusations that Mr. Walpin, who is in his late 70s, seemed unable to function. The suit was filed in federal district court in Washington, D.C.
