As a recovering attorney, I could almost guarantee you that the Supreme Court will never find that Obama cannot serve as President. The government would be in such turmoil (as if it weren’t already!)if a anti-president that had served as long as Obama had served and had done the things Obama has done. How would the country do a do-over? Trillions of dollars are gone. All the bankruptcies. All the looters that would be turned loose. Etc. The time to examine the problem is long gone. SCOTUS should have done something positive before the inauguration.
If what you say is true about the Supreme Court, then they are just as compromised as the Executive and unfit to serve as arbiters of the law.

Well said. While I would like nothing better than to see BO thrown out, I can’t imagine a scenario where the SCOTUS would rule that he was ineligible. And, before I get chewed out by those who disagree: I don’t necessarily disagree with you or some of your premises - it is more along the lines of picking my battles. I just see very little hope of this one going our way.-—JM

Because if he's as bad as many here think he is, then there will be incredible turmoil as people wake up. More and more will follow the the Tea Party goers into the street as the situation escalates.
This administration is evil. Tyranny is the word more and more people are hearing and saying as Obama's approval numbers tank.
They're threatening everyone's healthcare. The stock market will probably crash and who knows when the economy will recover. You're looking at it from just a legal perspective and I'm telling you that America is coming to a state of rebellion on every level.
I agree with you that something should have been done long ago, but aren’t we expecting the DNC to police themselves and point out their own shortcomings? I don’t think that will ever happen.
If what this Major says is true, that an order by this President would not be legal to follow, then wouldn’t all legislation signed by and invalid President also be invalid? I would think all things, legally speaking, would go back to the way they were before, since he wouldn’t be able to sign new laws. I realize Congress can still write legislation, but if the signature needed to enact the law isn’t from a valid President, then I wouldn’t think the law is even enforceable.
Then our government is a poser government, and we will have to do something negative to keep our children from being their slaves. Czars have a short history, that usually end with a rope. Our only hope is that justice will be served in a court of law, instead of the streets. But Justice will be served, it is the way of history.

I have thought the same thing for a while. But there is too much attention being drawn to it and it won’t go away.
Eventually one of these supreme court judges who has the case is going to say that they don;t want to be caught up in the duplicity of it all and give it a fair hearing.
Obama will get “sick” from his grueling policy making and have to leave early.
Somewhere along the line, we have to find one judge that has morals who doesn’t want to be tainted in history as one of the judges who allowed the greatest hoax to be perpetrated on America.
