And they have been infecting the federal oligarchy for decades. Also, there is a very sickening level of greed which blinds some and just plain stupidity which forms herds of the rest of them. I’m sure you realize that the criminal enterprise ACORN org has had appropriated billions to come from the ‘stimulus’ ... and A prominent congressman from Detroit has the balls to openly tell the sheeple he doesn’t see any reason to investigate of call to accounting the ACORN slugs who are under indictment in 14 states! But then, william jefferson of Louisiana was caught red handed with bribery money in his freezer and demcorats re-elected the scum. Common characteristic of Jefferson and Conyers include being black and racist and power mongering using their congressional seats, and ... well, you get the gist.
Sometimes , even though I should know better, disregard the extent to which the cultural marxists have contaminated and corroded nearly every critical institution of our civil society. Thanks for the slap to get my head right.

Yeah, so true. It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t up to now, the greatest country in the history of mankind, with the greatest measure of liberty, opportunity, justice and prosperity for the largest and most varied collection of people ever.
I shed blood and killed other human beings in this nation’s service. I would unheasitatingly do so again for the country that I have known and loved. I am not so sure about the country that Hussein and the DemocRATS want to turn it into.

I’m seriously hoping Sarah will pick up on this... That the Major could apparently voluntarily unvolunteer as long as his orders weren’t ‘published’ is the story elsewhere on this thread. So were the orders ever published? did he have them physically in-hand?

I’m thinking if he had been ordered to report, and refused, and then was court-martialed or discipline-hearing-ed for same, discovery would be an automatic part of that process, yes?
On relevant issues. But the military court would keep to the issue - ordered to report, didn't report. Odds of them letting him subpoena the president or delve into his background hover somewhere between zilch and none.
They had to have the deployment orders revoked so MAJ Cook would not have access to discovery
