I agree with the radio guy. I have my doubts that Dear Leader is a legal U.S. citizen, but at this moment he is the CIC, orders must be obeyed.
He can't be CIC while being incapable of proving he is a natural born citizen. The army rescinding The Major's order to deploy is admission BO can't prove he is a natural born citizen.
