Here is video today of Sen. Lindsey Graham asking Supreme Court nominee, Judge Sonia Sotomayor, if she has a "temperament problem." Graham cited evaluations posted by lawyers who have appeared before Sotomayor on the bench as a judge. Some of the comments posted described her as:
"She's a terror on the bench."
"Temperamental."
"Abuses lawyers."
"Lacks judicial temperament."
"She can be a bit of a bully."
Sotomayor defended herself as being a judge who "asked tough questions of lawyers." Graham said these evaluations "stand out like a sore thumb," when compared to evaluations of other judges. . . . (Watch Video)

Instead of asking her about it, he could have made her temperament show....as any good prosecutor could do. But no! Republicans must worry about minority votes instead.
He started with “I like you by the way, I may be voting for you for whatever it’s worth.” He is just oily. Not slick, but oily. Can’t stand him.
I’m certainly not a fan of Graham, but I do support and applaud him for raising that issue.
When he started that line of questioning I realized why, shortly before, Feinstein had bent over backwards to heap absurd levels of praise on Sotomayor for her ‘judicial temperament.’

Why must this guy always show all his cards? I wish he’d quit the gushing before he asks a tough question. What is this—the Academy Awards? (I like you. I REALLY like you!) All I can think of are the hearings I watched of Bork and Thomas. Why are WE always the courteous, self-effacing ones?

Graham is useless. He will vote for her. Not only are the Pubies useless they don’t even have kahones.
This woman is frightening as Zero is. This term is bitter revenge from people who have huge chips on theri shoulders.

anymore. They want to “fit” in. They want to be a part of the
crowd, no matter who’s crowd it is.
They’re useless.
