Apparently those Russians didnt get the memo that everyone is supposed to love The One LOL

Apparently, the Russians and I are of the same opinion.
But I think if I were to add a large lugi hocked onto that scum...maybe even the Russians would be taken aback??

Man, I don’t blame the Ruskies one bit. I wouldn’t shake it either. One can only imagine where that “hand” has been...just ask Larry Sinclair...LOL

It appears to me 0bama is introducing Medvedev to his associates, not being snubbed. I looked at it pretty carefully, and I agree. Still made me chuckle.

What the Hell are you talking about?
Zero clearly has his hand outstretched several times and no Russkie shook it. Look at the look on his face.
Unlike our butt-smooching media, the foreign press knows what’s going on.
Agreed, he extends his hand more than once, it is ignored and his face is one of being startled/shocked.

I originally thought that this was just Obama introducing people to Medvedev too... but on further reflection--this happened in Russia. Medvedev didn't need Obama to introduce him to his own peeps, obviously, so that can't be what was happening.
From the body language and the facial expression, I see Obama looking almost disoriented at first, then half-heartedly carrying out a sort of pro-forma charade by repeatedly extending his hand, while expecting no response. The last two Russians appear to reach almost behind and past Obama to shake Medvedev's hand.

Thanks,
Now if somebody were to advocate the US has been overthrown, because in the last decade our entire foreign policy appears to have been manipulated to support the intentions of Saudi Arabia in maneuver warfare more than the people of the United States of America, I might believe it.

I watched that video about a half dozen times to make sure I was seeing it correctly. My conclusion is that he was not offering his hand for a shake, he was, rather, gesturing towards someone to whom he was introducing Medvedev. Believe me, I wish he were being snubbed, but clearly he was not in this instance.

It appears to me 0bama is introducing Medvedev to his associates, not being snubbed. If this were Bush, it would have been a huge photo on the front page of the NYT, and this would have been no introduction.

I think you are right in the last case, but not in the first three. In the first three, he is clearly trying to get a handshake; in the last one, he resigns himself to just providing the intro.
