Fascinating info, thank you, but heartbreaking for our Nation when one considers the gravity and the ultimate meaning of all that has happened here.

One thing continues to grate upon me, and that is the cold shoulder that much of conservative talk radio seems to have given this entire issue. Sadly, I have heard Michael Medved state on several occasions essentially that the whole birth certificate issue is owned by the ‘kook fringe’ and serves to de-legitimize conservatives who look into and thoughtfully consider these matters.

I don’t recall hearing Rush say anything about it but he may have; I may just have missed it.

I don’t believe that Sean Hannity has given it much airtime...please correct me if I’m wrong. It’s just an impression I’ve gotten from several National hosts that the matter is beneath them to discuss.

In fairness, I recall hearing Laura Ingraham discussing it on at least a couple of occasions.

It’s terribly sad when such an absolutely essential issue is being essentially waved off by those who supposedly are our champions.

He has.

Q: What to God and Obama have in common?
A: Neither one has a birth certificate...

Medved is a RINO and not worth listening to.

Rush, Hannity, etc., didn’t give the illegal alien problem much air time until the people and the internet made it an issue then they jumped in front of the parade and claimed they were leading it.

They will come around if the internet generates enough interest in the story. The other reason they ignore it is because even if an African birth certificate comes to light neither the courts nor the Congress is going to do anything about it.

I share your concern Stoat. Gordon Liddy and Limbaugh have raised the issue a number of times, though Limbaugh has not waded into the details - for which I can't blame him. Lots of lawyers are on the government payroll concealing any information about Obama/Soetoro’s past.

But investigating his past is not necessary. I am not a lawyer, but have read Marbury v. Madison and The Venus, early cases which explicitly provide both standing, and the unambiguous understanding of the USSC, as stated by the first chief justice, John Marshall, of natural born citizen - which includes “parents who are citizens”. Thus I'm more more bothered that supposed constitutional originalist Mark Levin, whose professional indignation I've often enjoyed, avoids eligibility issues like the plague. Mark, after all, has done very well with his books on the supreme court and his latest, “Liberty and Tyranny”. He also makes a living through Landmark Legal, investigating corruption in government agencies. I wonder if he, like many of our politicians, is, following the Rahm Emanual principle, by not failing to take advantage of a good crisis.

Clearly, we are all being taken for a ride, probably, as Obama suggested, because he appears to have won, and can (the 'appears' is because of the enormous amount of election fraud). Some conservative public figures are supposedly afraid that Obama will, when the time is right, whip out some birth documents, embarrasing the doubters. Obama’s ability to have his passport records sanitized inside US State Department files makes it clear that his operatives are deep into administrative offices, and the murder a few months back of the State Dept. operative, Lt. Harris, who was supposedly cooperating with the Justice Department, may be a warning to anyone who might be tempted to betray the mob.

I know most don't have time to read USSC decisions. I was surprised at how readable the Marbury decision was, as well as “The Venus” - a decision also written by Chief Justice Marshall, addressing citizenship and natural born or native born citizenship with regards to ownership of a confiscated ships’ cargo, where the owner wasn't aware that a war had started.

Of particular interest from Marbury: “It cannot be presumed that any clause in the Constitution is intended to be without effect, and therefore such construction is inadmissible unless the words require it. [p175]” And “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

I recommend the interested go to http://puzo1.blogspot.com for a fascinating discussion of a case, which the Justice Department obviously wants dismissed,is in its third round of motions. If Obama is not a citizen, he is not a natural born citizen. If he is a citizen, he is still not a natural born citizen or "indigine", providing his father is Obama Sr.

Bill Cunningham follows this on a regular basis. I think the big hosts just want to make sure they’re 100% certain on the issue or else they come off like Rosie O’Donnell.

Bill Cunningham talks about this regularly. He is only on the radio a few hours on Sunday nights though. I cheered when Rush first started mentioning it. Rush never says much in detail, he just uses humor to point out the missing BC. Bill goes into details. And he doesn’t think it’s funny that we have a usurper in the White House, and neither do I.
