If one is aware of “gaps” in another’s “knowledge of the world,” he is able to describe the gaps.
Krauthammer has yet to do this, so we must conclude he is not aware of any such “gaps,” and that he has a hidden agenda.
How about you—can you demonstrate, even a little bit, that you know what you’re saying?

Maybe this will help you—that woman on Saturday Night Live dressed to appear like Sarah Palin was not the real Palin.
It was an actress.

but hed have had a shot if hed named a serious VP who couldve been President, if necessary (like Romney, just to pick a name...Romney, incidentally, wouldve won the ticket for the Republicans, Anti-Palin talking points fax from Romney HQ's finally came through huh? Paper jam?
So you can criticize Noonan, but she was merely reflecting what most people in the country were thinking.
Sure she was. Because we all know that flyover country reads Peggy's conceited swill. I guess those 20,000 people who came to see Sarah deep in the heart of blue country Upstate New York were just poor misguided souls right?
Palin will never be in the White House.
Uh nobody, including her, said she was running. Try reading the related threads and keep up.
Im baffled by the group that seems to think she has the right stuff to do that sort of thing.
I'm shaking my head in disbelief that you didn't know Palin did this exact same thing in 2004.
She hasnt even stayed a full term at anything
She has stayed in her positions (I'll rebut your other garbage shortly) but in case you weren't aware, she had Obama/Soros goons breathing down her neck filing bogus ethics charges that costed the state millions.
or solved a financial crisis
Alaska is one of the few states with its budget in black
or resolved a serious problem.
Ever hear of that historic pipeline deal she signed or were you too busy admiring Romney's hair?
She quit as mayor.
Try again, Wasilla's Mayor is two-3 year terms and Palin served them both.
She quit as a councilwoman.
Wrong, she ran for Mayor while still a councilwoman
She quit as governor.
Romney began running for President mid-way during his single term as Mass. Governor. Now which one has integrity: The slick RINO POS who used the state to further his Epic Fail presidential run and collected a check, or the Alaskan housewife hounded by libtards filing ethics charges so she steps aside for the good of the state?
Shed be great with a talk show, though. That is her background.
And what's your background, huh? Hell are you even from Texas?

and I believe she quit as mayor in order to serve on the Alaska Oil and Gas Commission She completed both of her two - 3 year terms as Mayor and lost a bid for Lt. Governor. That's when Murkowski offered her that Oil and Gas Commission jig.

You are pathetic. You are an 0bama voter and have said as much. You have also said he isn’t a socialist. You aren’t a conservative and should be banned from this forum. STFU and go to a forum that values your input. I suggest DU or DK.

I crossed over and voted for Obama, when McCain picked Palin as his VP choice. Other Republicans did, too. As one highly respected Republican said, I have learned from the Bush administration to value competence foremost over ideology. (I am paraphrasing.) He was explaining why he was endorsing Obama, even though he didnt share his ideology, and it had to do mainly with Palin and what it said about McCains competence, as well. I and other Republicans didnt vote for a communist or a socialist. Hes a liberal with a bottom-up approach (as opposed to a trickle down approach) much along the lines of FDR and JFK. If you want to be taken seriously, you have to give up outlandish nonsensical arguments. Unless, of course, thats all you have to stand on.

It's uninformed, illogical garbage like this that got us the disaster that is Obama.

I have learned from the Bush administration to value competence foremost over ideology. (I am paraphrasing.) <\i> did TxBud really right that. Irrespective of whether McCain/Palin would have been a good president, Obama valuing competance over ideology is a joke right? I mean know one seriously believes that? Also I think Obama's approach is a head in butt and bottom down approach to economics, not bottom up, that only works in bars.

You should leave Texas, now,I hear New Mexico isn’t all that bad, or maybe Colorado.

Actually, no, they didn’t. Margaret Thatcher was well educated, politically savvy, hard as nails, serious, well spoken, and extremely knowledgeable. No, no one said she couldn’t handle the job.

Obama file 49 - How Communists, Socialists and Obama Can Change America Wednesday, November 12, 2008 10:24:37 PM · 5 of 6 TexasBud to Free ThinkerNY Oh, come on. Hes not a communist or even a socialist, and we all know it. It was Bushs administration that just advocated nationalizing our bank system and giving out handouts to investment firms. That doesnt make his admin. socialistic. I come from a state that still has the KKK. Guess which party they belong to? Does that make the GOP like the KKK? Of course not. I crossed over and voted for Obama, when McCain picked Palin as his VP choice. Other Republicans did, too.
