Regulating interstate commerce based on what the raw materials MIGHT be used for is is dumb... really dumb. That would be the equivalent of disallowing Citizens the use of automobiles because they _might_ commit vehicular homicide.

Respectfully, you left out rental trucks. After all, it was a Ryder rental truck that destroyed that Federal building.
