The pending Body Mutilation ("Transgender Rights") Bill declares it unlawful to discriminate on the basis of "gender identity or expression" yet fails to define either "gender identity" or "gender expression" in any meaningful way. (Likewise, the phrase "sexual orientation" remains undefined in the law.)
The inclusion of "expression" is heavy with implications on how this bill will play out. Whereas "orientation" and "identity" are states of mind, "expression" connotes ACTION, and guarantees that perversions will be protected when played out in the public sphere.

It's a lifestyle choice, not a fashion crime.
A guy walks up to a girl in a bar and says he wants to do X,Y and Z to her. She throws a drink in his face. The Bartender has the Bouncer toss him. The cop outside runs him in for Disorderly Conduct.
A Gay guy walks up to a guy in a bar and says he wants to do X,Y and Z to him. The guy throws a drink in his face. the Bartender had the Bouncer toss him. The cop outside arrests the guy, the Bouncer and the bartender for a Hate Crime. The bar owner and staff have to go to sensitivity training to get their Liquor License back.
So NAMBLA members will have a right to rape 6 year olds? In Mass., this wouldn’t exactly be a surprise.
