The left is insanely angry at Sarah Palin precisely because she refutes all of their tired liberal mantra. On the life issue, their conscience is burnt by the fact that Sarah had this beautiful child that she and Todd clearly love so much, and that loves them in return.

She has not needed the liberal "help" to get ahead as a woman, she did herself with good old fashioned hard work, ethics, and conservative principles. That is why they hate her.

...and now she has out manuevered them and is clearly coming at them with a bit in her mouth to help restore the country...and they hate her all the more.

Pray for her, work for her, spread the word. We can take our country back if we all work together.

Sarah will now get her book out, go on tour, give speeches and promote conservatie principles all over this country in the midst of the Obama administration disater and gain great political capital in the process. Then she will support conservative candidates in 2010 and help them win, amassing much more political capital. She will then take all of that and make an awesome, stunning run for the Presidency in 2012.

If Sarah Palin had aborted Trig, the left would have been okay with it. If she hid Trig offstage and out of sight, all would be good.

I agree with all you said up to this point. If it were ever learned that Sarah had aborted a Downs baby - she would have been called a hypocrite. If she kept him backstage or asleep in his own bed, she would have been accused of being ashamed of him and trying to hide him. That she had the baby with or without amniocentesis and that she is proud to show him to the world as a much-loved part of her family, shows she is genuine. That she truly is pro-life!
