During the debate over his Porkulus package, Obama claimed that without it unemployment would skyrocket over 8.5%. Im sorry Mr. President, but unemployment skyrocketed because of your stimulus.
Mays numbers out of Ohio are dismal. The Buckeye States unemployment rate hit 10.8% and the national rate is 9.5% with todays numbers for June. In Dayton, Ohio, a company which has been in Ohio since the 19th century, NCR, has decided to relocate to another state. Columbia, SC, is using money from the Presidents Stimulus Package to lure NCR away from Ohio. Im sorry people, but all the road projects in the world wont replace those long-term high paying jobs.
So my question to all of you is Are You Feeling Stimulated?
According to the latest Gallup numbers you arent.
63% are unsatisfied with the

Yes. I have felt VERY stimulated.
Well beyond any other time in my entire adult life.
Maybe the word “stimulated” isn’t exactly the right word for how I feel -
“Pissed off” is a much better description of my emotional status.
Stimulus or stealfromus ?
I’m not stimulated.....but... I AM EXPERIENCED..... ;)
At least last year when W was sending checks to everyone we got some extra $$$ to spend. Taking $8 from people’s withholding on paychecks and calling it “stimulus” was ****ing stupid, along with the rest of the insane
“stimulus” plan! Really, as some suggested, if we were going to be flushing the money down the hole anyway, we would have been better off just sending a check for a few thousand dollars to each tax payer earning x amount, rather than what was done. That wouldn’t have helped much either, but it would have been better than what we got.
I simply don’t understand anyone who talks about Obama in any context other than him being a complete and total moron.
Yes I am stimulated to buy guns and ammunition at every chance I get.
Totally agree w/you.
But I for one attribute the rising unemployment rate to:
1: The abdication of contract law wrt the Chrysler UAW vs secured creditor recovery flipover; and the implications in terms of business uncertainty.
2: The massive, unknowable threat to business resulting from the potential passage of cap and trade.
3: The unknown potential employer mandates under government health rationing.
Now, perhaps I could be accused of parsing one tyrannical piece of business-killing centralized control relative to another, but as far as I'm concerned, I don't think the stimulus has done anything of any substance to this point, though without question it is a multi-generational debt commitment of staggering proportion.
Stimulus = stealfromus This would make a great poster for the tea parties.
The marxist-in-chief, along with his minions the 0bamunists, continue the slide to socialism, virtually unchallenged.
The media is in his pocket. The Congress is on his side with 60 votes in the Senate and a commanding majority in the House. He doesn’t need the GOP for anything other than political cover.
And, through it all, the American people are getting screwed, blued and tattooed.
If he gets the chance to appoint a couple more SCOTUS justices, the fate of the nation will be sealed.
It’s time to take back the country.
I like the way you think!! Destroy all enemies with extreme prejudice! >;0)
