I don't know about "scumbag" ... but I wouldn't want this man making "executive decisions" for my state, he doesn't seem to be coherent. (..."for my state?" ... hell, I live in South Carolina!).

Actually, I think the proper word would be narcissist. He was so worried about "me, me, me" that he had no clue what he even sounded like to others.
