Maybe, but then how are you going to block whoever he nominates in her place? Face it...he’s not going to niminate anyone any better, but maybe he can find someone worse.

I’ve mailed info to the Republican Leadership, Sen McConnell, Kyl and Rep Boehner (late to Boehner) about the man who blames Sotomayor for failing to even look at his appeal. Twice. And DNA proved him innocent as his appeal stated. She summarily refused to even READ the appeal. I wonder what books she can and does read. She admitted that she read “children’s classics” while in college to learn English. SHE’S AN AMERICAN and couldn’t speak English??? Something is missing.

I don’t think she’s READ any Supreme Court cases, much less other cases. She writes one to two paragraphs in her decisions and does not quote any cases to back up her decision.

She’s a lightweight. She’s not intelligent. She had a tutor all through college . . . so who got the grades? Her tutor? She got the credit . . . kind of like the “president of the harvard review” you think?
