I’ll stick to elections, ballots, laws, courts, representatives and the kind of political processes that the founding fathers put into place...
1. The Founding Fathers used "insurrection" and military people (and would have used tanks if they'd had them) in order to put all that into place.
2. Force, to include tanks and military people, underlies and supports "elections, ballots, laws, courts, representatives and the kind of political processes that the founding fathers put into place."
We already had the Civil War, and the South lost... :-)
