AP reports

President Manuel Zelaya’s private secretary told the AP that Zelaya was arrested and brought to a base on the outskirts of the capital, Tegucigalpa.

An AP reporter saw dozens of green-helmeted soldiers surround the president’s house Sunday morning and then later jump in trucks and drive away, according to the report. About 60 police continue to guard the house, it said, adding that the president did not appear.

Good link. It wasn’t a coup...the President was deposed and all branches of the government agreed. He was the one trying to circumvent the Constitution because he wanted to do away with term limits which would have seen his term up next year.

If the Honduran constitution, the Honduran Congress, and the Honduran Supreme Court all say this guy broke the law, where does Hillary get off condemning the arrest?. Oh yeah, I forgot, in her rulebook the President can do whatever he wants, where ever he wants, to whomever he wants.
