People just need to build a house instead of forcing home sellers to practically rebuild an older home.
And what makes you think they'll be excluded?

“....what will we do after we have cap-n-tax, single-payer healthcare, and the elimination of union secret ballot?”
We shall have something like what is going on over in Iran at the moment.
Be well stocked with ammunition. And maybe a “snake gun” is not a bad idea either, it is something like a “shot pistol” that uses .410 shotgun cartridges. These are “derringers” (single shot) so they are not up for sustained fire.

We’ll be up against a majority of our fellow countrymen who have no problem with Obama and his minions.

The idiots who approved this piece of treason should be held responsible for the devastation it causes. This bill will cause millions of people to fall into poverty. Those who are lucky enough to keep their job will find they can't afford to put a roof over their heads or feed their family. The price of everything we need to survive will increase thanks to this bill. The cap and take bill will go down in history as the killer of America's standard of living.

I made sure to write to my democrat congressman to remind him that he only won by about 2% of the vote. (under 5000 votes) I suggested that he ask himself how many voters he can afford to lose when they start getting hit with even higher home heating bills, gas prices and goods. I also reminded him that he had better pray that our 14%+ unemployment rate doesn’t rise.
I also invited him to “come on down and see us at the tea party”.

The new jobs are in the eco-bolsheviks, non-civil servants who will be entering on to private property under the opuses of doing an audit of your toaster oven wattage, as part of Cap-n-Trade.
It will be your civic duty to humiliate these people in the public square.

Funny they don’t look like idiots. Maybe that is what fooled the voters.
