Mark Kirk is one the smarmiest, phony “Republicans” you will ever find. He constantly plays off his military service as a way to ingratiate himself with conservatives.
He’s completely anti-gun and a typical RINO, representing the blue blood north shore Chicago suburbs.

Mary Bono is truly a RINO. Having met here and spoken with her it is obvious she has no command of any issue and no qualifications for the House (which makes her qualified for the democratic party). What did she do prior to her stint in the House (run a restaurant with Sonny). She lives in a predominately gay district (Palm Springs) and has to kiss a— like her constituents there. Someone ought to tell her that she lives in a desert, that is why it is so hot at this time of year, has nothing to do with global warming. You can’t make friends out of your enemies Mary, they hate you anyway.
I knew that Mary was going to be a weak link, when just day after taking office after the wonderful Sonny’s tragic death, she got ridicule for her lovely long blonde “Valley girl” appearance. She promptly caved and showed up in Congress with a super short brown pixie which compared unfavorably to the Napolitano cut. Bob
Where is the Republican leadership in the House? That any Republicans voted for this atrocity is bad enough, but that these nitwits gave the victory to Pelosi is pathetic. They all should have primary challenges.
I doubt that Bono will have significant opposition. Her buddies will meet at some posh spot in Palm Springs or Indian Wells and collect a couple of million to support her run.
Sorry for disparaging your district. I know you are close enough to the 8th district so I know there are a lot of hard working people that will be affected by cap and trade.
I know he wants to run for office because I’ve been getting emails from him saying how he wants to make a difference in Illinois politics. As I am in the 14th district he probably got my email from the state Republicans.
I can’t believe I am saying this because I still follow the “big tent” theory of Ronald Reagan.
I will work my butt off to make sure that Mark Kirk (a man I voted for in the past) will never hold office as a Republican in Illinois. Let him pull an Arlen Spector. We are better off for it.
I used to be a democrat but found myself more and more in disagreement with their core beliefs. I would like to see the “big tent” theory play with the dims. Would I be welcomed back with my pro-life, strong defense policy and believe in the individual ideas.

I faxed each of the 8 a very long letter today, explaining why I think they have violated republican principles. I promised to help their opponents unseat them. I intend to send them an email everytime I donate or do something for one of their opponents. I want there to be a constant reminder of the consequences of their actions.
