I actually watched his speech on CSPAN. Had to. All I could find on any other networks, even FNC & FBN, were idiotic stories about Jackson. Glad I watched, even to see Waxman almost blow a gasket over the time. Turned 2 minutes into over an hour. When Waxman objected, he was told more than once that it was customary to allow the leader to expand his remarks. Priceless.
Must see Tee Vee...imo.
