JP Morgan Chase, GE, and Goldman Sachs are right in the middle of all these bills.

and this is exactly why cutsy, patriotic, jingonistic, religious themed campaigns cannot win....
the AMerican people really have become the enemy.....
they just don't care....
eg.....this insane Micheal Jackson hysteria......
am I the only one who could care LESS?
this is the reason you never throw your vote away on third party candidates..NEVER....its a two person game in our country...maybe other countries can have several parties in power but we are a two party system....
we must defeat the rats and stop handing them victories because of some third party spoiler...
Normally the dollar and US Treasuries are a safe haven. How ever, in order to establish a global currency not based on dollars, the dollar has got to implode-create another crisis to provide the excuse for the globalists to insist on a new global currency and financial framework.
The IMF/World Bank is issuing the “bailout dollars” to small countries using their bank drafts, instead of dollars(I read that hasn’t happened for a long time). China has been buying gold. When the dollar comes under pressure, do you really expect any other central bank to step in and defend the dollar?
Only reason for a delay is to allow all the big wigs to dump treasuries, and take a position in Gold or whatever else they have decided on. We are in for a painful change of global proportions IMHO.

It’s bigger than I thought. These name should be familiar to all of us. I’ve just run across them recently for the first time.
Peter Lewis, Herbert & Marion Sandler, Maurice Strong, Richard Sandor, Chicago Climate Exchange, Joyce Foundation.
I ran into the ones you mentioned, too. We know about Soros and Geithner. Gore has had dealings with Maurice Strong as far back as the early 1990’s. Keep Googling two combinations of names together for some interesting connections.
I read that if Cap & Trade passes the world will never be the same.
“just what do you expect “conservative” legislators to do?....”
I expect them to at least inform the American people who are the power brokers (name all of them) responsible for this bill, who benefits from cap’n trade (all parties), what this bill will cost each family and how this bill will adversely affect our Country.
This bill is the worst possible power grab ever perpetrated aginst our Country and I’m not hearing that from our conservative legislators, the only people we can expect to count on. I want to see some “Mr Smith goes to Washington” types and I’m not seeing any.
Signs of the distress in our society are obvious.
He went to Argentina.
It's not theirs to give. Those who it does belong to, are the same group whose right to keep and bear arms is protected by the second amendment, that is The People.
They may take offense. In fact, I'm sure they will.
At any rate it is going day by day. Regardless of who is doing it and whose it is, it is being done. When will we have the guts to stand up to them?
Addendum to post #33:
Judging by the number of responses, more people on this forum are concerned about a dead pervert than their freedom.
A sad commentary in my opinion.
I'd definitely be feeling something.

When Cap and Trade is rammed through both houses, then America will no longer be a super power and the power base is gonna move to the EU. As in the Revived Roman Empire. It’s all there in the Bible. I couldn’t have imagined that I would see it but I am. CO
I’m sure not. I cannot stand the continuous coverage of all things Michael Jackson, a drug addicted pervert. Sad indeed.
