In a court or hearing environment, that type of response wouldn't do your credibility a whole lot of good.
I'll leave it to the court...or readers here, to determine what your level of credibility is.
I always enjoy it when interviewing a subject, the point is reached where the subject just flat out declines to answer a basic, legitimate question. It makes it all worth while!
