Exactly, Abandoning his duties so he could chase some foreign woman in south America is far worse than getting off with an American citizen intern in your own office. What if little miss Argentina was a spy looking to get into his pants and into his files. What if she could get him into a position of blackmail. It is almost tantamount to treason.
