I’m OK with that outfit - at least it’s ‘normal’ clothing [although can’t see the front of the shirt to see if anything is hanging off the neck]
It’s ugly but appropriate for a weekend retreat at Camp David, but not on the lawn of the WH, IMHO.
That’s not normal, for a lady of her size.
Normal for the rest of us with a large behind is a tunic length shirt over capris.
That outfit is normal for a much thinner lady.
Black ladies of class, my sister and nieces as example, would wear a flattering outfit to walk the dog, because one never knows whom one may run into. For the First Lady, this should not be a doubt.
