I guess NBC finally realized that they had to make an attempt to show that there not so "in the tank" for everything that President Obama is shovelling out. David Gregory on yesterdays "Meet the Press" decided to decline the kool-aid and challenge Vice-President Joe Biden on the administrations "jobs saved or created" claim and the promise that Obama's stimulus package would hold unemployment at or below 8%.
I loved how Biden couldn’t name where one job had been created. He could only drone on about “economic models” without being able to name where a single job had been created.

Sort of meaningless.The time for the media to question the numbers was before the money was spent.
This will be the normal method for Obamas whole term. The goverment media will back everything Obama wants to do and aid in getting it done.Only later when it is not working will a few individual “journalist” question the program.
How do you question the math of guessing?
Gregory is sure no Russert. He pulled a quote from the Richard Wolfe book, but it was some softball nonsense, while completely ignoring the widely reported quote about Biden’s big mouth and how frustrated the administration’s staffers are. Russert would have hit every embarrassing fact and throw them in Biden’s face.
the odd member of the MSM here and there is starting to recognize that when the Obama Administration implodes it is likely to take what’s left of their credibility with it
