Well admittedly it would have to be with someone you trusted REALLY well, a family member perhaps. Family member gives you a $500 a month "gift" every month for 20 years, meanwhile out of the goodness of your heart you allow family member to live in the residence in question rent free at the end of the 20 years you "sell" family member said residence for a paltry sum, say $1000.

This may seem silly maybe even stupid, but it is essentially what the muslim community has been doing in this country for years (they have some religous objection to paying interest.)

But eventually you will want to record the deed and change of ownership and the county clerk or such will have issue with the private transaction and recording of such.

Unless you this bill allows for outright sale and its the mortgage that must remain hidden between parties.
