No, Michelle hasn't gone out to another charity event for the downtrodden wearing a pair of $540 sneakers. This time it's President Obama who released a photo of himself on the phone with Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu with his feet up on the desk, clearing exposing the soles of his shoes to the camera. As y'all are well aware, showing the soles of your shoes to anyone in the Middle East is a major insult.

No, the White House released a picture of Zero talking to him.
It’s not aimed at Israel. It’s a signal to Dar al Islam on how he negotiates with Jews.
There is a possibility he did that on purpose; but then, we will never know. I just wouldn’t put it past those crude, tasteless people since they are mad at Bibi.
His Jewish advisors would have known better; hence, this is why I think it was done on purpose. The photo was then released as an official photo so the whole world would see it.
He is giving Bibi the finger but with his toes instead.
Subconscious? Obama is openly hostile to the office he somehow holds and the country he’s supposed to be the head of.
