There's a rumor she's coming to Texas in the next few days, Jeff, and it may be for some big news about the gasline.

Dan Fagan, no fan of the Governor, admitted in the ADN this morning that Exxon (holder of 1/3 of the gas leases on the North Slope) was close to striking a deal to work with Trans Canada on Palin's AGIA gasline. A HUGE victory for the Governor, if true.

Palin mentioned in her speech yesterday that there was good news about the gasline coming soon. Stay tuned.

I hope it is true. If I were donw there in my native State, I would go to any rally or meeting for her.

It is not likely anytime soon, but I look forward to the day she swings through Idaho. I know myself and my wife will be there to greet her.
