***Wrong. Just because the contract existed in 2008 doesn’t mean I was trying to “get this bet going”. But congratulations, it does seem as if by spending some extra time to think through your responses, you have managed to come up with some better writing. However, you’re still wrong.

But nobody cared then, and one quick look shows people still don’t.

Don’t go dodging on the “prior contract” that just makes this the second try at the same bet, and you lost that “prior contract”.

And John Wayne wouldn’t bet with you, he might bet with somebody that wasn’t a jerk, but that leaves you out.

Poor Razorboy, he spends 20 years on a bandwagon position because it seemed like the safe bet and finds himself unable even to maintain such a position of safety and now he’s getting the treatment that science has been dealing out to cold fusioneers for those 20 years.
