She checked her computer and tells me that her information says I voted for a democrat in the last primary!
I told her that I voted for a republican (Thompson) and within a few weeks after that I started getting all sorts of mail from the RNC asking me for money.
She’s checking the actual record with my signature now.

Cool..., glad you’re getting some action. If you find out that someone has made a change in the records, differently than you registered, then you’ve really got something then....

Checked the record and said I was right. She told me I should go back, cast a provisional ballot, and she would make sure my vote was counted. I guess the county is small enough that she would catch that sort of thing.
She told me that it must have bene human error that caused me to be listed as a democrat.

LOL! That should be taken as prima facie evidence. The Republican party is not going to waste postage on a registered Democrat, and vice versa. So the fact that you received all sorts of mail from the RNC proves that you're a registered Republican.... Bet you got a lot of robocalls from Steve Lonegan too.
