He is right, which is why no matter what, nothing will ever be good enough. Like Arafat walking away from the table when the Israelis gave him what he asked for, like Arafat re-starting the intifada when he was offered what he said he wanted, they dare not accept any agreement. And they won't.

I don’t see a problem with what he said. The issue is that it is difficult to see how a fair peace can be achieved based on the current two state model when the Palestinians won’t agree to recognize the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish state within secure borders.
