Article 1 Section 7.5 of the California constitution states that "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." (see story) This amendment was voted on and passed by the people of California and confirmed by the California State Supreme Court on Tuesday May 26, 2009 it is the law.

But nothing is enough for homosexuals short of getting what they want no matter what. And in the process homosexuals have disrespected the California voters...

The gay mafia is seeking to make perversion a respectable thing.

The underlying theme is destruction of the family, which is a communist goal.
