When Democrats ruthless smear conservatives blacks, hispanics, women....it is not sexist or racist. But when conservatives raise legitimate issues and oppose a Democrat, it is racist....Gee, no hypocrisy here...move on.

More accurately, smear those that were members of the Federalist Society and Estrada was a federalist. And not just actual card carrying federalists, but also those that might be a stealth Federalist such John Roberts, Janice Brown, and Alberto Gonzales.
This all flows from the theory that the federalists were using the free trade agreements to roll back the New Deal.
