I was always wondering how far Dictator Obama and Co. could push before his own people turned on him. MSNBC's host Rachel Maddow has done the right thing and put partisan politics aside by exposing the out of control Obama.

I always believed it was only a question of time before the left turned on Obama—and the Media will be in the front. As they made him—so can they tear him down. Good for this leftie —she sees the light in this case! I salute her and welcome her to the fight! We need all the friends we can get.
This is the single reason why the detainees were kept in Gitmo. The minute they are brought the US they will have to be tried for past crimes. It’s Habeas Corpus, Obama. Perhaps you read about that in law school.

Ms. Maddow has confused the concept of a criminal and a prisoner of war. Her little movie clip deals with the criminal concept, while the Gitmo detainees are prisoners of war.
The entire reason for holding any POWs is to keep them from what they might do IN THE FUTURE against our soldiers and citizens.
The left is going to be schooled about these nuances by their beloved savior, and they are not going to like it one bit.
