Dear FRiends,
In light of what is transpiring in our nations capitol, more than ever, we need to ensure that places like Free Republic and other like-minded places continue to speak the plain truth. Newspapers are dying and the current administration will either bail them out or allow them to fail. If they are bailed out, they will be even more beholding to the coming socialist agenda. If they are allowed to fail, the powers that be will force the remaining electronic media to fill the void. Local coverage only. No national syndicated news/talk. The Fairness Doctrine, like it or not.
After that, the internet. Free Republic. And others.
We need to get this FReepathon over and right now. We need to show that we are serious and will continue forward and thrive, not just survive.
If you can spare a couple of bucks, that would be great...If not, God bless you and please stop by the FReepathon thread and give it a bump.
Were all in this together.

Dealers might have contributed to Pubs but most of the employees probably voted for the Big “O”. I wonder how they are feeling about their boss getting his comeuppance?

however if a correlation can be shown, then this is very very very very, did I say very?, bad for the chrysler reorganization.
all members of the same class of creditors are to be treated the same. If the class of dealer creditors is divided into obama supportes and non-obama supporters (or minority and non miniority) then the bankruptcy judge can order the closings undone.

This story should be HUGE but our media is too corrupt.

This is more than payback. This is fascism folks.Like I said from the very beginning - Oboma is Stalinesk. I tried to warn people, but they didn't get it. Maybe now they'll understand what I was trying to say.

Right! That is SO likely to happen.

How likely is it that the bankruptcy judge is a dem slime?

That's true.
I wonder if there is any way that this story could gain "legs".

ALL bankruptcy records are available online via the federal PACER document system.
It would be an appealable issue that will tie up the bankrupcty.
Unfortunatly Bankruptcy Judges are NOT lifetime appointed federal judges. Thus they are subjected so some degree of political whim. That said, Bankruptcy courts are still considered a gentleman’s practice.
If it can be shown the members of a class are not being treated equally, then the bankruptcy judge will be forced to review the closings. Imagine now, the WH being subpoenaed for their meeting records regarding these closings.
