I read the Obama and the South Park Gnomes article on WSJ this morning ( http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124329131991652291.html ) and Rush made reference to it this noon. This is just another example of it.

Basically, the article compared the Obama administration's policies to an episode of South Park- Phase One: Steal Underpants, Phase Two: ? , Phase Three: Profits!! The kids quickly caught on that step 2 in a three step process was very important. When pressed about Phase Two, the Gnome would only offer "Phase Three is profits!"

Unfortunately, this appears to be the Obama administration's approach to most things. Whether it is "Phase One: Order Gitmo Closed, Phase Two: ?, Phase Three: Close Gitmo! or Phase One: Announce Better Methods, Phasae Two: ?, Phase Three: Information! the administration will continue to announce their intended results without ever being pressed for an actual plan by any one in the media.
