If the country could be divided peacefully, and Democrats, baby-killers, Communists, and RINOs simply move to one territory, and Americans to the other, the value of land and all resources in the Republican territory would skyrocket, and the value of land and other resources in the Democrat territory would plummet. It would be well worth the dislocation for those moving into the new Republican country.

*Please Note: As you will read in the transcript below, it appears that Rush's instincts on this story were right, but the staff forced him to read a hoax. Joseph Olson is a professor at Hamline University, but he has posted the following disclaimer on his website in reference to a version of the story that Rush read on-air.

"DISCLAIMER: There is an e-mail floating around the internet dealing with the 2000 Bush/Gore election, remarks of a Scotish philosopher named Alexander Tyler, etc. Part of it is attributed to me. It is entirely BOGUS as to my authorship. I've been trying to kill it since December 2000. For details see: http://www.snopes.com/politics/quotes/tyler.asp."

As Charley Waite states in the movie 'Open Range': "There are things that gnaw at a man worse than dying." And to tell the truth I am getting very tried of the gnawing feeling that has continued to grow since the 'Messiah' has taken office.
I have never been a violent person I think of myself as a fair person, someone of common sense, with an awareness of the need for respect for the law and a need to see justice prevail, but we are watching the destruction of the republic that our forefathers suffered and fought to give us. How much longer will we stand by what more evidence is needed to show that our country is being betrayed and dismantled by our own government, by those who have sworn to protect and defend it. I am not sure how much longer I can stand by and do nothing. I thing the most disturbing thing is that those I count on to oppose are no better than those doing the destruction. Does anyone here see McConnell, Steel, or anyone presently in the Senate who will take real action to stop 'The Messiah' and his henchmen from totally dismantling the Republic? I don't! The present Republican party is so out of touch with its members that we might as well be from different planets! I have repeatedly posted that a time is coming to choose to as the Gadsden Flag says “To Live Free or Die”!

"Choose this day how you will serve; Will you serve unwillingly and at the biding of others while wearing the yoke of socialism or will hold true to the course of our forefathers; standing tall and serving freely? As for me I choose to SERVE MY GOD AND THE REPUBLIC!!"
