Making it really simple for the NRSC
Since the National Republican Senatorial Committee seems to have trouble making a distinction between bed-wetting socialists, RINOs and conservatives, I thought I'd make it a bit easier for them. I've taken the latest ratings I could find from several conservative organizations and averaged them out so even the nitwits over at the NRSC can figure it out.

Interesting info. I am a bit surprised that Roberts isn’t more than one point more conservative than Brownback.
In fact, Cornyn suggested I just shut up about the Kenyan Usurper's Birth Certificate.
Awesome! I may need to contact this blogmaster - I’ve been thinking about ways to build up a conservative (not Republican) coalition that could be used to force the GOP to represent the will of conservatives, and which could direct conservative votes and money to conservative candidates (in the primaries, too).
That roster is kind of outdated.
I don’t have to look. Richard Lugar is my Republican Senator and he is the epitome of squishy.
You nailed it...
LUGAR squishy 55.75
The liberal Republicans were particularly vulnerable to being defeated for re-election (Stevens, Coleman (tentatively), Dole, and Smith) or deciding to retire (Martinez, Bond, Domenici, Voinovich, Warner, with Hutchison rumored to be planning her resignation). Domenici and Warner could have stayed in office as long as they wanted, but the other retirees were facing tough races. And, of course, Specter left the party because he knew he would lose otherwise.
Of the liberals on the list, only Grassley, Collins, Snowe, Cochran, and Wicker are likely to be Republican Senators in the next Congress.
Perhaps the NRSC should draw the conclusion that, even if you ignore principle and focus on survival, being a liberal isn’t a good political strategy.
After I read Dole I quit looking.
Is that an old list? Dole is still on it.
RINO’s can recognize each other. It’s the scent.
Thanks for the report. I didn’t even go to the link. I don’t need someone telling me that I have a squishy Senator. In fact we have two squishy Senators. Our esteemed Dem Senator Evan Bayh is worse because along with being squishy he usually comes down of the wrong side of the argument.
Allard is no longer in the Senate.
These RINOs really came into their prominence during the reign of globalist George the II.
