Actually Obama often does exactly what he says he'll do. However, the effects he claims will result from his actions are very different from reality.

He says regulating the economy will bring us prosperity; however, everything he is doing will destroy the economy in the not too distant future. The media will do whatever they can to sync Obama's claims with reality by both distorting reality and obfuscating Obama.

I see only 2 likely outcomes. Either Obama grabs more power in which case he can do what he wants. Or the veneer cracks and he goes down in history as a fraud and a failure.
