How do you know he's a Harvard graduate? All his records are sealed. For all we know, he didn't finish high school.
Before one is admitted to the bar for the first time(in any state or in DC),he/she is required to take a "bar exam",as I suspect you know.In order to be allowed to take that exam one must,among other things,identify the law school from which they graduated and that is confirmed by the examiners.Unless I'm very much mistaken this is all public record and is *much* more easily confirmed then,say,a 30 year old drunk driving conviction (W).Although I can easily believe that nobody from See BS News or the New York Times has bothered to check this my hunch is that the NY Post,Fox News and the Washington Times have.
Do the *true* circumstances of Hussein's birth qualify him to be President under Article Two of our Constitution? Very probably not.But I *am* willing to assume...unless I see clear evidence to the contrary...that he's received a Harvard diploma...whether he actually *earned* it or not.
