All the garlic in our neck of the woods is either from central Texas or Gilroy, CA. Never knew any came from China. Well its easy to grow, guess people could do that.

Try www.badiaspices.com. They list a Maimi address and its marked “packed in USA” They are usually in the Mexican Food section, so it might come from messico.
