Old thread, but interesting, thanks for bringing it up, I just bought some"Granulated Garlic" made by REX, Made in USA!stamped on it. ( a product of Louisiana), at Walt Mart, it was $2.18, but the cheap stuff came from China.

I did not go back and read the whole thread, so you may have this info already.

Thank you. I just received the garlic I sent away for (from my post 104) and it was 18 oz. for about $6! I think I have enough garlic for life :). It’s the most economical garlic I’ve ever seen and Made in the USA!

I heard they are going to sell Chinese apples in New York State next which is why we have to call the stores and tell them we do NOT want food from China. It is FILTHY, and we could get sick eating it. Remember the pets and people who ingested Chinese food and drugs, who got sick or died?

If we don’t complain to the stores, more and more food will be from China, and we won’t have a choice, just as we don’t have a choice with electronics.
