If you can find a slaver still alive today, charge him for reparations. If you can find a black who was ever a slave then pay the reparations.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Reparations is an issue which will come and go as generations come and go. Let’s not forget the White Americans who were enslaved as well. If reparations are to paid, how would we address this group?
