Obama, like most liberals,excuse me, I meant progressives, is all about outsourcing sacrifice. He outsources charity, making the taxpayer provide what he does not provide in his own life. And now he is obliging the citizenry to risk what will never come close to him, proximity to terrorists. He's all for the virtues of charity and courage. He applauds them, he encourages them. He just doesn't engage in them himself.
