It is a laughable site. Just one example -- take a look at their entry for "Passover" -- the very front of it has a portrait of Mary & Jesus with the caption "The lamb and Jesus Christ as our sacrificial lamb are enduring symbols of the Passover."

Passover may have some significance for some small Christian sects. But it is first and foremost a Jewish holiday. To have an entry on Passover which is 90% Christian interpretations of the holiday isn't "conservative" (unless by "conservative," they mean "denigrating anything non-Christian" which isn't my definition). It is biased, and just a bit bizarre.

They also have an entry on "Pesach," the Hebrew name for Passover, without Christian interpretations. But it is ridiculously short -- all of 4 lines. Conversely, the entry on Christian Passover is very lengthy. So, apparently, Conservopedia thinks that Jewish holidays deserve 4 lines, while odd Christian interpretations of Jewish holidays deserve a richly detailed article.

This is a free country, and "Conservapedia" can do what it wants. But I have no respect for it.

Of course, its article on evolution is all about questioning it, and does not reflect the scientific consensus.

All the doubts it raises have been answered in posts here on FR over and over.
