I can imagine them building it here in Utah actually. It would be a repeat of when Clinton came in third behind Perot at the polls in Utah. After that election Clinton carved out a huge chunk of our coal reserves and made the Escalantee National Monument,he then decided to make the great announcement in Arizona.
