Yes, Photoshop is used for manipulations.

It is also used for:

• scanning,
• cropping,
• exposure editing,
• resolution changes,
• sharpening,
• etc., etc.

So showing proof that the image came with Photoshop means nothing. I still want to see the bastard's birth certificate.
