An arrest or any adverse action against a foreign national due to an order or directive by the Obama makes the USA personally liable even if the foreign national is committing a crime.

The hijackers were given a phone, and they immediately phoned Eyl and asked for help. Obviously there were to stupid to realize that there call was being traced. Look for some action in and around Eyl very soon.

The SEAL team went into action from a base in Virginia, it took four hours to pack, and shortly they were airdropped and picked up by the Bainbridge. They were ready to go, including an attack from the sea. They had numerous chances to hit the pirates from aboard the Bainbridge; however, the White House held up any operation until the FBI team showed. It took the FBI most of a day to get their team together, and none of their shooters had any experience firing from a bobbing boat. Nonetheless, the White House had its way, until the captain, who is given charge of the response to a pirate attack, ordered the shooters to fire. One SEAL shot out the plastic shield, and in the fraction of a second three shots followed. After that event the question arises whether the SEAL team to be employed for such use should not be positioned closer to the scene of the action.
